HOW IT WORKS:

After placing your order it's sent to production, production can take anywhere from 1-6 days depending on the product and current demand with providers. With Halloween production time has been slightly higher than normal.

After your order is out of production it's dispatched and you are provided tracking information to the email you provided on the order, you will NOT receive any shipping updates until it has been produced and dispatched from the provider.

If you have an active order, feel free to email us asking for estimated delivery BUT PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

We also have no control of when orders are dispatched, it's fully reliant on speed of providers that are completely third-party. Please do not email us asking for expedited shipping or to ship your order faster, we could if we would but it is out of our control.
